- Food For Life Sprouted Bread
- Mayo
- Leftover cranberry sauce
- Spinach or arugula
- Goat cheese
- Mayo
- Leftover carved turkey or tofu turkey slices
- Solula Sea Salt Plantain Crisps
Directions
- To assemble a sandwich, spread a layer of mayo on one slice of bread and a generous layer of cranberry sauce on a second slice of bread.
- Layer a handful of spinach or arugula on top of the cranberry sauce, followed by turkey and crumbled goat cheese. Lay the second piece of bread over the top.
- Cut in half and serve with plantain crisps!
- Optional – add the plantain crisps IN the sandwich for added crunch.
