Ingredients
- 8 oz chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- Solula Caribbean Lime Tostones
- 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- Mexican crema
- Chopped green onion
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce.
- Lay the tostones in an even layer on a baking sheet and top with the cheese. Top with the shredded chicken.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is warmed through.
- Top with the green onion and a drizzle of sour cream and enjoy!
