Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 8 oz chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • Solula Caribbean Lime Tostones
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • Mexican crema
  • Chopped green onion

 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce.
  3. Lay the tostones in an even layer on a baking sheet and top with the cheese. Top with the shredded chicken.
  4. Transfer to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is warmed through.
  5. Top with the green onion and a drizzle of sour cream and enjoy!
