Sweet + Salty Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup salted butter
  • 15 oz big marshmallows (about 1.5 bags)
  • 4 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 1 bag Solula Pacific Sea Salt Plantain Crisps, crushed
  • Flaky salt - optional

Directions

  1. Line a 8x11” baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir frequently until the marshmallows are completely melted.
  3. Add the rice cereal and plantain crisps. Stir to combine, working quickly.
  4. Pour into the baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with a pinch of flaky salt if desired.
  5. Let sit until no longer sticky and bars have completely set.
  6. Slice into squares and enjoy!
