Ingredients
- ½ cup salted butter
- 15 oz big marshmallows (about 1.5 bags)
- 4 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1 bag Solula Pacific Sea Salt Plantain Crisps, crushed
- Flaky salt - optional
Directions
- Line a 8x11” baking dish with parchment paper.
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir frequently until the marshmallows are completely melted.
- Add the rice cereal and plantain crisps. Stir to combine, working quickly.
- Pour into the baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with a pinch of flaky salt if desired.
- Let sit until no longer sticky and bars have completely set.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
