Solula Fajita Bowls


  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (for 1 pound of meat)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 small red bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 ½ cups cooked white rice
  • Cilantro garlic sauce or sour cream, to serve
  • Cilantro, to garnish
  • Jalapeno slices, to garnish
  • Caribbean Lime Solula Tostones



  1. Cook the ground beef with the taco seasoning according to package directions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat about 1 tablespoon of avocado oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the onion and bell pepper to the pan along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Saute for about 5-8 minutes or until the peppers and onions are tender and slightly charred.
  3. Assemble the bowls by splitting the rice between four serving bowls, followed by the beef and veggie fajitas.
  4. Garnish the bowls as desired and serve with a generous handful of Solula!
