Packed with zesty flavors and a touch of spice, it's the perfect dip for a backyard BBQ or a laid-back lunch.


1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1, 13 oz can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1, 13 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1, 13 oz can corn, drained
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Solula Caribbean Lime Plantain Tostones


In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, lime juice, salt, cumin, and chili powder.

In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the top and toss to combined. Taste and add more salt if desired.

Serve with Solula Caribbean Lime Plantain Crisps.
