Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp lime zest
- Solula Pacific Sea Salt Tostones, to serve
Directions
- Add all ingredients except for the tostones to a food processor. Pulse until all ingredients are well combined and the cranberries are roughly chopped.
- Let chill for 30-60 minutes to allow the cranberries to macerate with the sugar.
- Serve on its own or spooned on top of goat cheese, cream cheese, or whipped feta with the tostones to dip!
